Vista Hacks And Tweaks

I know a lot of people out there like me own Vista Basic on a laptop or home PC. The problem is that we don't have the windows Afro effect nor flip page effects. How to get around that? Well you cant, but you can do a darn good job of imitating it, heres how.

1. You need to get a nice bit of software called "True Transparency" True-Transparency is a freeware that changes the windows border adding png support, requires minimal CPU process. It was originally designed for XP but I have had no problem running it on my vista basic.
